expansive amount of windows, skylights, an interior gas fireplace, radiant
floor heating, and a cathedral ceiling. Construction was completed in July
of 2006. |

| An
existing 1600 square foot garage was chosen by the Artist as his studio.
The Owner/Artist liked the original heavy timber construction and wished
to perserve it as much as possible. The existing structure will be re-used,
but will have thermal and moisture protection added to it. The Owner requested
maintanence free exterior finishes. The interior will include exposed ductwork
and a fume exhaust system. Construction was completed in November of 2006. |

one car garage is to be renovated into a wood working shop. Construction

900 square foot second floor addition. The Owners requested their small
three bedroom house have a second floor added over the existing living area.
Budget was of primary concern regarding this design. Three additional bedrooms
and a bath were to be added in the second floor addition. Two of the existing
will be renovated into a guest suite and home office. The third bedroom
will be demolished to expand the living room. Project has been placed on
hold. |

Residence
Exter Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania |

| A
500 square foot addition and renvoation. A master bedroom addition was created
to form a cathedral ceiling room with a window wall out to the neighboring
tree lined golf course view. In addition to the master bedroom addition
a portion of the unfinished basement was renovated to create a home office
with an exterior entrance and a dumbwaiter from the garage below to the
kitchen above. Bidding has been completed and the Owners are investigating
financial options to start construction. |

square foot duplex renovation from a 1970's contemporary duplex to a ranch
duplex with heavy timber accents and additional dormers to expand the view
to the northwest. East unit renovated from a two bedroom, two and half bath
with one car garage unit to a four bedroom, two and half bath with one car
garage. West unit renovated from three bedroom, three and half bath with
two car garage unit to a four bedroom, three and half bath with two car
garage unit. Renovation also included a wine room, and media rooms reclaimed
from basement area through the use of underpinning. Construction completed
in the spring of 2004. |

7,200 square foot, five bedroom, five and half bath private residence
with three car garage. Bedroom count includes a master bedroom suite and
guest bedroom suite. Entry and living room include views of the Rocky
Mountain Gore Range. Open kitchen and hearth room design with eat in breakfast
area located in the turret. Project began as a speculative development
project, and was sold prior to the contract documentation phase to be
completed as a semi-custom built home. Customized revisions included a
walk out patio off the master bedroom suite with irrigated planters, and
sunken hot tub. Construction completed in the fall of 2003. |

Vail Unit 354 Renovation

| 1,500
square foot two bedroom, two bath condominium renovation. This project was
completely demolished to structure only, and rebuilt to relocate the kitchen
area and replace original substandard construction. A laundry / mud room
was added for ski wear storage, amd the decks were resurfaced and electric
heating elements added for snow removal. The project is directly at the
base of one of Vail's ski slopes. Construction completed in the spring of
2003. |
