Pre-manufactured metal building shell for both the station offices on the first floor, living quarters on the second floor, and adjacent truck bays. The living area includes a day room, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a kitchen. The office level includes a multipurpose room, laundry room, two offices, and an accessible toilet. Due to tight budget requirements, the Town of Minturn opted to contract the site work with their municipal department. Construction was completed in the Spring of 2003.
