3,200 square foot factory assembly addition to an existing facility. Project includes access to existing facility and an open stair to the parts storage on the lower level. Project construction been completed.

Gallen Insurance Company Renovation Cumru Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania

Owners opted for a limited exterior facade renovation focused primarily on new stucco finishing and new windows for energy conservation. A new vestibule will add interest to the elevation, and a side vestibule will allow access to the basement storage areas. The second phase of the project will consist of interior renovations to the restroom areas to address accessibility requirements. A third phase will renovate existing open plan office areas into semi-private offices and a conference room. Phase one construction has been completed.

Gallen Insurance Company Feasibility Study Cumru Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania

Feasiblity Study for the renovation of the exisitng 5,300 square foot office building. Multiple schemes of floor plans and elevations were presented to the Client. Feasiblity Study has been completed, and Client is reviewing possible schematic layouts.

Standard 3,300 square foot Wendy's restaurant consisting of brick veneer over wood stud framing. Construction completed in December 2002, promptly on schedule.
