Artist's Studio Renovation

Final Street Elevation

Street elevation of Artist Studio

A 1500 square foot renvoation of an existing garage originally used to store and sell John Deere tractors. The existing tractor garage was attached to an existing two car garage for the home owners personal cars. The client requested the final building look similar to the existing building for a historical aesthetic. The project consisted of removing the existing roof, covering the damaged wood siding with vinyl siding, adding a concrete floor with radiant heating, and adding insulation and drywall. A powder room and kitchenette were added along with an office and air conditioning. A new roof was added, and windows were replaced. Construction was completed in November 2006.
