Neversink

A 3,200 square foot factory addition to an existing facility. Project construction started in August of 2006. The new space opens into the existing factory assembly space through both a cased four foot wide by seven foot high opening and through an eight foot wide by eleven foot high forklift accessible entry. there is an open stair to the lower level parts storage room. the structure was designed to accept a one ton hoist hook at any point along the beam to facilitate in the construction of the electrical panels constructed onsite. A ten foot wide by ten foot high overhead door was added to the rear of the addition near the existing loading area to facilitate shipping. The existing side opening, used primarily by employees and frequent customers, was made to be handicapped accessible wit hthe addition of a ramped access. Construction is complete.
